Pre Market Agents is a private invite page for a single home. You control who sees it. Buyers don’t get a public “off-market MLS” to scroll. You get a clean presentation that looks intentional—and a way to know who actually looked.

What you get

One link per homeowner — not a shared group text that everyone reuses. Each person has their own invite and password.
A full listing page — photos, price, facts, write-up, map—password-gated so it stays off the public site.
Trackable engagement — sessions, how far they scrolled, photo interest, map use. Useful for follow-up; disclosed on the invite so it’s not sneaky.
Your name on the invite — the buyer sees you as the agent who shared it, not a marketplace brand.

How it works in practice

You (or we) set up the home with photos and details.
From your agent dashboard, you create a trackable invite for a specific buyer—name, phone, email. Password is generated for you.
You text or email the link + password the same way you already send a listing.
They open it, enter the password, and browse. You see activity on that invite only—not a dump of every visitor to every listing.

Why this exists

Coming-soon and pre-market are awkward on regular tools. Zillow and the MLS are built for public inventory. Text threads and Dropbox folders work until the photos look sloppy, nobody knows who opened what, and the buyer doesn’t feel like they got something exclusive. Pre Market is the middle ground: private, presentable, and measurable—for agents who already have relationships and want a better way to share the first look.

It’s not a lead marketplace. Homeowners can’t search a catalog of off-market homes here. If they don’t have an invite, they see education only. That’s intentional.
