Marketing and education pages may use standard analytics (pages viewed, device type). We do not publish a public off-market inventory or owner directory on the homepage.
Realtor gate
The professional gate asks for legal name, licensing state, license number, and credential type—plus an attestation. It does not require email or phone. Data may be stored in this browser (session) and, when a server is connected, used to verify licenses against public state records.
Invite-only listings
Private listing links show a plain-language notice that the listing realtor can see engagement (time on page, photos viewed, map areas, and third-party links you open). That monitoring is for invited previews so agents can follow up thoughtfully—not for anonymous public map browsing sold as surveillance. Events are invite-scoped; we do not sell this activity.
Public records & maps
The public explore tier emphasizes non-sensitive context (parcel outlines, school/tax district labels). Owner-name directories and deep parcel intelligence stay invite-gated. County GIS data is provided as-is by the source and is not a survey or title product. We link out to Zillow and county cards for listing history; we do not scrape or re-host MLS photos.
