Select a listing, then create trackable invites for that property below.
Listing key
Listings are encrypted, so nobody can read a property without an invite. Paste the key for the selected listing once on each device you send from. It is stored only in this browser and is never uploaded. Without it you cannot create invites or preview the listing.
Move invites to another device
Invites live in this browser only. To carry them to your phone, create a transfer link and open it there. The link is encrypted — it is useless without the one-time code, which you type on the other device. Send the link and the code separately.

For —. Enter the buyer’s details. A password is generated automatically. Then text and/or email their personal link — they enter the password to open the listing.

Texting goes out as two messages — details first, then the link by itself. iMessage only builds the big property card when the link is the whole message. Put the details and the link together, or type anything after the link, and the buyer just gets a plain blue URL.

Disclosure
Each buyer’s personal invite shows a plain-language notice that you can view engagement on that link (time, photos, map, links). Activity is invite-scoped to that person only.
